Steam Chicken for 20 mins
Coating for Chicken
- Flour
- Cilantro
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Paprika
- Jerk Powder
- Oregano
- Cayenne Powder
Add steamed chicken to dry coating, remove from dry coating and mix with Green Butterfly Milk then place in dry coating. Remove from coating and place in hot oil. Fry till desired colour.
Looks delicious....but could only tell if you bring samples
