Shevy's Carrot Cake

Ingredients
Duncan Hines Classic Carrot Cake Mix (Do not use dehydrated carrots)
Grated Fresh Carrots
Raisins
Chopped Almonds
11/8 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Water

Mix ingredients and place in dish
Bake at 375F for 40-45 mins


Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Butter
t tsp. Vanilla
1 pk powered sugar.

Mix Cream Cheese Frosting and apply to top of cooled cake.
Place cherries on top.

Enjoy!!!!!!
